Function details 1. Normal Clock --- When this timer is plugged in, it displays clock function. You can use this timer as a regular clock to read time. Press 鈥?4Hrs鈥?or 鈥?2Hrs鈥?key to show Military Time(24hrs) or Standard time(12hrs) 2. Count up timer --- Simply press up arrow key on remote to turn on count up timer mode. There is one long beep when timer is up to fixed time. Count up always starts from 00:00 in minutes seconds and stop at the time you pre-set, or max UP 99:59; 3. Countdown timer --- Press down arrow key on remote to turn on countdown timer mode. There is one long beep when timer is up. Always stop at 00:00(if you don't pause it). You also can set up any time between 99:59 and 00:00 to run a countdown. 4. Stopwatch --- Press 鈥? 鈥?key on remote control to turn on stopwatch mode. Stopwatch max value is 99 minutes 59seconds and 99 hundreds of a seconds; 5. Tabata --- Tabata mode consists of 8 rounds of 20 secs workout time and 10 secs rest time. It beeps once when workout time and ends and beeps twice when rest time ends. Just press 鈥淭AT鈥?key and 鈥淥K鈥?key to run this function; 6. Fight Gone Bad Timer --- Press 鈥淔GB鈥?key to turn on the mode. FGB mode consists of three 5-minute rounds and 1 minute rest time between each round. It beeps once for each 1-minute workout time start and beeps twice for each 1-minute rest time start. 7. Interval timing ---This is for gym workout time and rest time interval countdown/count up. Period1 (P1) is workout time, Period (P2) is rest time. Max 99 repeating rounds can be set. Timer beeps once when workout time ends and beeps twice when rest time ends. It is allowed to program up to 10 groups and 9 work and rest in each group.
